RWC Training Centre in Milton Keynes have been awarded approval from the IMI to deliver the latest Accreditation in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
Aimed at MET Technicians who will ultimately be responsible for the necessary re-calibration of collision avoidance systems, this one day training and assessment programme provides technicians with a recognised certification, enabling repairers to re-calibrate all makes and models of vehicle in-house, using the various calibration methods and saving cost.
RWC Training Centre MD Rob Ward said “Understanding the complexities of ADAS and relying on local dealerships to provide a cost effective and speedy service can be proving problematic for body shops. After our extensive research and investment into the subject of ADAS, we are delighted to have achieved this approval. It comes at a time when repairers are increasingly seeing re-calibration forming part of their repair methods.”
Course dates for the one day IMI ADAS Accreditation are now available for March and April with limited spaces left. Visit https://www.robwardconsulting.co.uk/courses/ for available dates, prices and bookings, or call Rob Ward on 01908 969 992 for more details.
RWC also announced recently through ABP Club News, a series of half day seminars being held in Milton Keynes relating to vehicle technology, looking at how electric vehicles and ADAS may affect the collision repair industry.
With a delegate rate of just £75.00pp plus VAT, the session is aimed at non-technical staff, customer facing personnel and business managers.
